As a technical support expert, you will be communicating with customers from Germany, Austria & Switzerland to provide support for Technology Issues, after following a complete training by certified instructors.

What your responsibilities will be:

  • Act as the first point of contact for all the German Customers
  • Provide software troubleshooting for mobile devices (mobile phones, tablets & more)
  • Communicating & coordinating with colleagues as necessary
  • Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction

Job Requirements

  • Fluent to Near-Native in German Language among with excellent oral and written skills in English is a must prerequisite!
  • Excellent Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology, is preferred
  • Patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Problem-solving oriented
