What You’ll be Doing:
A Chat Support Specialist is to provide interaction with customers. You will be responsible for answering queries and assisting customers through chat. You will have to possess the skills, training and work experience to be able to handle queries from customers in a professional, clear, and concise manner.
On a typical day, you’ll:
• Providing excellent customer service via our in-app live chat by using the right tools, methods, and processes.
• Supporting your colleagues with peer learning, and being open to feedback from others
• Positively participating in company events, and in weekly team meetings
• Collaborating with other teams across Europe.
