KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinates and records all financial documentation;
- Records revenues, expenses, and other transactions in software;
- Handles and reconciles accounts receivable and payable and compiles follow-up reports on different periodic basis upon request;
- Maintains the fixed assets register, calculates asset depreciation and submits an accounting record to the supervisor;
- Account balance reconciliation with financial accounting;
- Maintains and is responsible for the accounting system according to tax legislation and accounting principles;
- Prepares the VAT declaration, taxes and other legal obligations within the deadlines set by law;
- Calculates staff salaries and reports them to the Tax Administration;
- Archives and files financial documents;
- Monitors bank accounts and prepares periodic reports upon request;
- Collaborates with external associates.
