The Role:
The role entails administrative assistant responsibilities, coordination and handling of real estate documentation, as well as undertaking various ad hoc requests from management. Therefore, the ability to handle multiple, changing priorities is essential. In addition, the role requires the coordination of large scale meetings for both internal business partners and external clients. This role would suit a highly-driven individual, interested in working in a global fast paced environment and to evolve with the company.
Key Responsibilities:- Front desk duties: Greeting visitors, Answering phones and routing calls to the correct person or taking messages, Opening, sorting and distributing incoming faxes, emails, and other correspondence
- Prepare reports/ organize works required for the Real Estate.
- Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports
- Helping prepare for meetings
- Negotiations with developers, suppliers & technicians.
- Supervising potential works that may be required to be executed.
- Provide general administrative support
- Making travel arrangements
