Property Valuation Analyst (Position code: TPP-2001002)

Trenkwalder Greece is searching on behalf of its client, the Greek subsidiary of a global leader organization operating in the field of residential and commercial property management services Property Valuation Analyst.

The position:

In accordance to RICS standards for a property or portfolio of properties, it plays a significant role in every step of the valuation process by providing accurate and detailed data and analysis

• Performing detailed property inspections
• Researching and analyzing market and financial data, general economic conditions, industry specific trends and conditions
• Compiling comparable lease & sale information
• Assist in the building of financial models and in the writing of valuation reports

• Smart team-player and communicator, exhibiting precise attention to detail, strong analytical and critical skills, distinguished by fast pace, and competent in organizational and time management
• 1-3 years of experience in commercial real estate, accompanied by familiarity with current industry’s rules, regulations and standards
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Real Estate, Finance, or Engineering
• Oriented in acquiring relevant accreditation (RICS accreditation is a plus)
• Advance knowledge of MS Office
• Strong written communication skills in Greek and English
• Ability to travel on an as-needed basis
