German Speaking Customer Care Advisors (Native or fluent)

As a Customer Care Advisor, you will communicate with customers in german through inbound calls, chat, emails, or social media in order to provide them with immediate answers to their inquiries and troubleshoot their issues.

•  Native or fluent in German 
•  Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
•  Good command of English
•  Good MS Office skills
•  Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
•  Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
•  Excellent communication and presentation skills
•  Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Remuneration package

• Indeterminate contract
• €1050 gross per month
• 14 salaries per year
• Up to 24% monthly productivity bonus (up to €250)

Relocation package

• A relocation package is offered to ease your move and your settle in Athens (2 weeks paid accommodation, one-way ticket and taxi from the airport to the hotel/Airbnb)

Working hours

• 5 days/week, 8 hours/day 
• Rotating shifts (Monday to Saturday, 8.00a.m. - 22.00p.m.)
