Regional HR Business Partner Assistant

MSC Service Center Greece is looking for an assistant to the Regional HR Business Partner, based in Athens, Greece. 
The region’s scope covers: Greece, Cyprus, Albania, Kosovo, N. Macedonia, Slovenia, Croatia, Moldova, Bosnia Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro 

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Implementation of Global HR policies and procedures
• Assistance in staff’s Learning & Development initiatives
• Monitoring and implementation of performance and talent management processes
• Implementation of global HRIS system
• Assistance in recruitment activities and management of employee life cycle (hiring, onboarding, training etc.)

• Proven work experience in HR
• Excellent people management skills
• Full understanding of HR functions and best practices
• Degree in Human Resources or related field
• Excellent English skills
• Willingness to travel whenever necessary
