Your main responsibilities
- Schedule the shifts of the bar staff
- Deliver superior service and maximize guests’ satisfaction
- Monitor the bar’s inventory and replenish it as needed
- Resolve guests’ issues in a timely and effective manner
- Empower teambuilding and lead by example
- Keep a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance
