Location: Ouranoupolis, Chalkidiki
Position Summary
The Restaurant Hostess will have to welcome guests, control table reservations and work effectively with the restaurant team to achieve the highest guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet guests warmly as they arrive, escort them to assigned dining area and present menus
• Manage the flow of guests into the dining and bar areas, provide accurate wait times to incoming guests
• Observe the overall look of the restaurant; spot cleanliness problems, assist food and beverage teams by setting and clearing tables, replenishing water and serving beverages
• Maintain at all times a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene
• Follow all health and safety company regulations; report any maintenance problems
