Netflix Customer Representative for German Support

Jobfind.gr is seeking Netflix Customer Representatives for German Support on behalf of a multinational company in Athens.

Responsibilities

• Communicating through chat & phone with subscribers
• Answering how-to questions about payment
• Troubleshooting streaming and content issues
• Assisting subscribers in navigating on Netflix

• Potential candidates should have proficient knowledge of German & fluency in English.
• The position requires also good communication & soft skills, as well as problem-solving skills.
• Being a TV shows fan will be considered as an extra asset!
