Your main accountabilities

  • Follow all telephone usage guidelines and standard greetings as prescribed by the department operational manual
  • Answer telephone calls and provide a well-mannered and professional reply to all requests
  • Assist the internal and external callers by directing calls to the relevant departments
  • Identify guests’ needs and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Provide accurate wake-up service to in-house guests
  • Complete the internal message forms and deliver messages to the relevant recipient
  • Excellent knowledge of the resort and facilities as well as of daily events and activities in order to provide accurate information to guests

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a telephone center operator would be a plus
  • Fluency in English. Good command of a second language (Russian, French and German) would be a plus
  • Computer literacy and knowledge of Opera or Fidelio programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-groomed with a positive attitude, inspiring and respectful
