Your main responsibilities

  • Coordinate and supervise the operation of the Kitchens according to Executive Chef’s instructions
  • Collaborate with Executive Chef on menu planning and the creation of innovative menus
  • Estimate food requirements and food / labor costs
  • Ensure that all food safety policies and procedures are followed
  • Manage and train kitchen staff, establish working schedule and assess staff’s performance

Job Requirements

Your main qualifications/skills
  • Relevant work experience within an a la carte / buffet restaurant operating with high quality standards
  • Team management skills
  • Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes in addition to sanitation regulations
  • Culinary school diploma
