Animateur (code : ANIMATEUR_20)

MED SEA HEALTH S.A. is looking to recruit for its 5* Miraggio Thermal Spa Resort in Paliouri, Kassandra, Halkidiki , for the season of 2020: Animateur.

The Role 
Encourage, recruit, register, and schedule guests to participate in animation activities. Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests. Provide information to guests about available animation facilities and activities. 

Responsibilities: 
• Perform or participate in daily fitness activities. 
• Lead and/or perform in themed shows following basic scripts and using improvisation during shows as needed. 
• Be a confident performer who is capable of performing in front of and engaging audiences in live-show activities. 
• Work scope may involve performing basic dance routines, singing, and performing while dressed in a character costume. 
• Observe activities in the facility and respond appropriately in accordance with local operating procedure in the event of an emergency. 
• Be aware of possible situations where guests are not able to safely participate in an activity and inform supervisor/manager. 

Requirements 
• 3-5 years minimum experience on similar position 
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English languages. Third language will be considered accordingly. 
• Exceptional communication (both verbal and written), negotiation and administrative skills 
• Ability to prioritise tasks, work under pressure with provided resources, manage work load using own initiative and sufficiently cover a multi task position.
