Your main responsibilities
• Provide a warm and friendly welcome to all guests
• Monitor the beach/pool area providing an excellent customer service by escorting guests to their desired sunbed area
• Maintain the beach or pool area clean and tidy at all times
• Assist the F & B service team with the cleaning duties related to guests’ food and drink orders
• Make sure towels are set in the correct way and provided to guests upon their arrival and during their stay
• Collect dirty towels and place them for washing
• Align sunbeds after guests use
• Inform guests about rules and regulations of sunbed use
• Keep a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance
Job Requirements
Your main qualifications/skills
• Enthusiastic, friendly & self-motivated professional eager to learn, develop and be part of a growing team
• Ability to cope under pressure and deliver excellent service results in a high-paced luxury environment
• Relevant experience ideally within a hotel environment would be a plus
• Good command of English (verbal)
• Good physical condition
