Designer UX / UI

Job Description
• Creates original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
• Identifies design problems and devise elegant solutions
• Develops design concepts, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity mockups
• Conducts user research in order to evaluate each step of the design process (qualitative & quantitative)
• Conceives, and annotates the navigation, functionality and page-to-page flows
• Develops user personas and scenarios
• Communicates with users to understand their goals and objectives
• Collaborates with analysts, product management and engineering teams in developing compelling UX deliverables and specifications
• Ensures that the design system is applied across products and maintain consistency in visual elements
• Stays on top of new technology and trends in mobile UX/UI designs
• Explains design decisions and trade-offs to stakeholders

Candidate Profile
• Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Computer Science or related field
• Proven work experience in creating and implementing UX/UI design of software, web and mobile applications
• Experience in financial services will be considered as a plus
• Excellent command of the English language
• Command of leading design & prototyping software applications (Sketch, Figma, Adobe CS, Invision and other design related tools)
• Knowledge of relevant design artefacts
• Thorough understanding of an iterative user-centered design process
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Team spirit
