Villa Manager
Location: Athens / Antiparos

This Job refers to a candidate which is willing to spend the 7/8 months of the year in Athens working mostly from our office in Kolonaki as an Assistant and the rest of them in Antiparos Island as a Villa Manager in one of our properties .

Job description ( in Athens ) :
  • Register invoices in our ERP program ( Softone ) – Training is provided
  • Necessary procedures for the preparation of our properties in Antiparos and Skiathos
  • Search and order supplies and equipment
  • Paperwork/Filling the company archives
  • Use of Emails/Internet/SocialMedia
  • On time to time basis may also be required to perform other reasonable job activities as requested by the Management Team
Villa Manager will be responsible to be part of daily villas operations and in charge of coordinating them accordingly. On time to time basis he/ she may also be required to perform other reasonable job activities as requested by the Manager. To ensure we are providing the best services to our guests, your duties will entail guaranteeing consistently high quality services.

Job description ( during the Summer period):
  • Ensuring all supplies and equipment are adequate in quantity and quality
  • Ensuring guests’ satisfaction and handle any customer complaints delicately when necessary
  • Catering guests’ demands such as boat rentals, restaurant reservations, car rentals, car transfers, hiking, tennis, massage, Pilates etc
  • Coordinating in cooperation with Chef the preparation of menus, according to the guests’ requirements and procure the necessary supplies
  • Managing the villa personnel by organizing daily morning meetings
  • Taking care of any technical issues that may arise and promptly resolve them
  • Ensure property is clean and always arranged according to villa's original set up before each arrival of guests
  • Responsible for garbage removal
  • Helping housekeeper whenever necessary .
  • In charge of ordering cleaning supplies
  • Assist the waitress whenever necessary in serving the meals as well as preparing basic cocktails/drinks/coffe
  • Daily check of the condition and the cleanness of the Villa rooms and public areas
  • Ensuring all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
  • Report any malfunction of equipment to the Manager
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
  • Abillity to lead by example and work effectively as part of a team
  • Daily report to Think Greece management
  • On time to time basis may also be required to perform other reasonable job activities as requested by the Management Team

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Qualifications:

  • previous experience in a similar position or at a front office department in a 5* property in the hospitality industry will be considered as an asset
  • F&B knowledge
  • Good written and verbal Greek and English communication skills are required .
  • This role entails excellent communication skills and problem solving abilities .
  • Knowledge of ERP/Hospitality programs/Excel etc.
  • Marketing/Social Media Skills
