As a Service Operations Supervisor, in this role, your main responsibilities will be the following:

• Design and present After Sales Department Operations & Sales budget of the company
• Follow up daily activity to ensure the delivery of agreed business objectives
• Manage, organize and fine-tune the Service Partners network
• Provide constant support and training to Service Partners Network
• Follow up day to day service activity and support case solving
• Overview Sales of Spare Parts & Accessories performance
• Analyze System Service statistics and pinpoint issues to report/fix
• Work on solutions to decrease cost /increase profitability of service function
• Participate to global Service Meetings / Training workshops

The position of Service Operations Supervisor is just the right one for you if you possess the following skills:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• MBA Degree will be considered an asset
• Experience in similar or equivalent position - not necessary, but will be considered an asset
• knowledge the maintenance and repairing of household appliances will be considered an asset
• Experience in presentations and training of large audiences
• Very Good Knowledge of English & Greek language.
• Computer literate with advanced knowledge and use of MS Office
• Leadership & communications skills,
• Self-motivated with team-oriented philosophy
• Ability to work in a strong multi-tasking environment
