Guest Relations / Concierge

Kensho Boutique Hotels & Villas in Mykonos, is looking for a Guest Relation / Concierge.

Responsibilities:

• Replying to Guest e-mails, messages and handling all Guests pre-arrival requests in order to prepare their itineraries
• Welcoming guests in a friendly and professional way and assisting them with the check-in procedures
• Be fully informed about the daily schedule of the guests
• Manage all guests’ complaints
• Liaise closely with Reception, Housekeeping and F&B regarding VIP amenities and special requests

• Familiarity with leading hospitality industry standards
• Proven experience as Guest Relations Officer ideally in a 4 or 5* luxury hotel
• Be fluent in English language
• Good command of a second language (Spanish, French, Italian, Arabic, Russian) would be a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Degree in Hospitality / Tourism (desirable)
• Knowledge of Hotel PMS (e.g. Protel)
