We are looking for an IT Specialist for our office in Athens, Greece to assist our growing team.
As an IT Specialist you will assist our System Administrator with maintaining, expanding, and optimizing the internal systems and processes with the goal to ensure that our infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently. Resourcefulness is a necessary skill in this role. You should be able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly. You should also have the patience to communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and users.
You will report to our System Administrator.
Responsibilities
• Install and configure software and hardware
• Manage networks and devices
• Set up accounts and workstations
• Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
• Troubleshoot issues and outages
• Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls
