Human Capital Consultant

ICAP People Solutions is looking for an experienced Human Capital Consultant for our consulting service.

The Human Capital Consulting service is a very ambitious Business Unit within ICAP People Solutions SA, activated in the areas of talent management, psychometrics, performance management, career transition, coaching, leadership training etc.

Human Capital Consultant (Ref. code 5505/HCC/ESS/GR)

The incumbent will work in projects such as Assessment and Development Centers, Developing Appraisal Systems, Providing Feedback on Psychometrics such as Hogan and Aon Assessments, Outplacement services, Competency Training etc. and will be trained and certified in the company’s tools.

Candidates for the role will be evaluated for the following criteria:

Studies

• Degree in management or psychology
• Post graduate studies in HR will be considered a plus

Technical Skills

• Microsoft Office – Excellent command of PowerPoint, Excel, Word
• English language skills – C2
• Certification or practical experience of psychometric tools
• Writing skills – Assessment Reports, Job Descriptions, Development Plans, CVs, etc.
• Virtual meeting tools – adequate practical knowledge

Experience

• 7 years + experience in an HR role.
• Experience in HR consulting will be considered a plus
