Your main responsibilities
- Provide a warm and friendly welcome to all guests
- Monitor the beach/pool area providing an excellent customer service by escorting guests to their desired sunbed area
- Maintain the beach or pool area clean and tidy at all times
- Assist the F & B service team with the cleaning duties related to guests’ food and drink orders
- Make sure towels are set in the correct way and provided to guests upon their arrival and during their stay
- Collect dirty towels and place them for washing
- Align sunbeds after guests use
- Inform guests about rules and regulations of sunbed use
- Keep a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance
