Travel Agent

We are looking for an experienced travel agent in the center of Athens! Do you have great experience of GDS such as Galileo or Amadeus? As travel agent you will have the below responsibilities:

• Plan transportations, accommodations and other travel services.
• Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination, modes of transportations, travel dates, costs and accommodations.
• Book transportation, make hotel reservations.
• Inform clients for Visas and other travel documents needed.
• Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds
• Enter data into our software and maintain client files
• Network with tour operators

Before applying, make sure you have the below qualifications for the position of travel agent:

• Excellent knowledge of computer reservations systems, GDS systems Galileo, Amadeus or Panasoft.
• Fluency in English
• Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively
• Degree in Hospitality or Business will be considered as a plus
