Collections Supervisor on behalf of a leading Law Firm, who will be responsible for the operations and organizational efficiency of the collection department.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the assigned portfolio and credit - overdue payment accounts
- Monitor the department’s objectives (qualitative and quantitative) monthly
- Manage the collection team leaders’ team and evaluate their performance
- Implement regulatory compliance and internal procedures
- Plan strategic workflow and map collection settlements - vendor activities
- Develop reporting tools for all activities (objectives, costs, profits, KPI’s etc.)
- Dialer monitoring
