Περιγραφή

Rokoko is a rapidly growing tech startup providing motion capture and animation tools for the global entertainment industry. Our customers include global top tier game, film, AR/VR and VFX producers as well as thousands of indie creators making unique content all over the world.

We are looking for an Administrative Director of Rokoko's Greek subsidiary to play a key role in administrating and helping growing our Athens office. In the role you will be responsible for the operations of our Athens office and ensure that it runs smoothly and effectively reporting directly to the CFO/COO in Copenhagen, Denmark.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track-record of administrating business operations preferably in a growing tech company. The role requires someone who is highly structured, strong at managing and organising, as well as communicating with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibility:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Athens office and support its continued growth.
  • Ensure and report on general employee satisfaction and build a strong team culture in the office.
  • Handle office expenses, order stationary and keep payments for social security contributions, services other such invoices up to date.
  • Take responsibility for relevant reporting to local authorities including tax, EFKA, Heath & Safety, etc.
  • Ensure that company policies and guidelines are clear to the team and followed.
  • Support the employee growth of the Athens team including assisting with recruitment, onboarding and procurement of hardware equipment and supplies.
  • Maintain contact with our suppliers, accountant, lawyer and relevant local stakeholders.
  • Report to our Group COO/CFO.
  • • Generally support our full team when needed with ad hoc tasks and ensure that our office is looking great.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Qualifications
  • B.Sc or M.Sc in a relevant field, such as in Business administration.
  • Min. 4 years administrative or operational experience in a high-performance business environment.
  • Min. 2 years experience with people management in teams of +5 employees.
  • Basic knowledge of local laws and regulations including employment law.
  • Experience working with an international and culturally diverse team.
  • Proactive self starter who takes responsibility and ownership.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluent in english both written and verbal.
  • It's a plus if you have a passion for new technology.
