lmw is currently recruiting Customer Care Representatives who will provide, via inbound calls & emails, information, technical and network problem solutions to customers.
Responsibilities:
· Receive inquiries through inbound calls, e-mails and chatting and provide product support
· Resolve customer issues and complaints
· Ensure great customer satisfaction with minimum customer inconvenience
· Input data to the information management system
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
· Fluent speaker in one of the following languages: English / German / French / Arabic/ Turkish/ Spanish / Portuguese / Italian / Dutch / Danish/ Norwegian / Finnish / Swedish / Hebrew / Czech / Polish / Japanese/ Brazilian
· Great PC skills
· Excellent communication skills and friendly personality
· EU work permit is required
