Waiters/Waitresses for the upcoming season.

- Maximum of 8 & 1/2 working hours per day, including a 30 minute break.
- Rotated Shifts
- Days off according to agreement.
- All wages and benefits are included as required by law.

The Role:
- Provide exceptional service to guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist guests with menu selection, offering recommendations and answering any questions they may have about the dishes.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that special requests or dietary restrictions are communicated to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring that each dish is presented beautifully and according to the restaurant's standards.
- Anticipate the needs of guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff and other members of the service team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including setting and clearing tables as needed.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and discretion, escalating any issues to management when necessary.

- Previous experience in a similar role within a high-end restaurant or luxury hotel environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, including familiarity with fine dining etiquette and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service at all times.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm and composed under pressure.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Fluency in English is essential, with additional language skills considered a plus.
