On behalf of our client, a 5* Boutique Hotel in Metsovo, member of the Small Luxury Hotels of The World, UWORC is recruiting a Night Auditor for a permanent placement.
Perched on top of a private mountain, on the footsteps of Pindus National Park, the hotel offers a private retreat from the everyday; a tranquil haven where guests can create meaningful experiences in perfect harmony with their surroundings. Dark woods, soft muted tones and rustic handwoven rugs inspired by the landscape and local Metsovo culture lend a natural feel to all 62 suites, each with a terrace or balcony from which to admire views of the great outdoors.
Joining the front desk team will lead you to meeting people from all over the world through providing excellent guest services. Top ambassadors will be able to manage their time wisely, in order to properly prioritize their various duties.
What to expect:
All UWORC Αmbassadors, are offered a 45 min session per month with our Psychologist upon request.

- Maximum of 8 working hours per day.
- Year round occupation.
- One day off per week.

The Role:- Greet clients and visitors with a positive and helpful attitude.
- Providing information to the guests about the hotel and its facilities.
- Keeping hotel financial records in order.
- Processing invoices, transactions, room charges, refunds, etc.
- Verifying that all accounts are balanced and supported by documentation.
- Checking guests in and out of the hotel.
- Responding to guests' needs, requests, and complaints.
- Summarizing each night's operations and listing any follow-up tasks for management.
- Following End of Day procedures.
Skills that can make you outstand in this role.Missing some? You will still be considered as valuable ambassador.- Prior experience as a receptionist in 4* or 5* hotels.
- Degree in hospitality field will be an asset.
- Able to speak Greek and English language clearly and fluently. A third foreign language will be considered an asset.
- Consistent, professional dress, and manner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and PMS (PROTEL) programms.
- Analytical mind, with strong attention to detail and an affinity for numbers.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, work ethic.
