As a b2b customer service coordinator you will be responsible for:
  • Individual offer creation in the ERP system
  • Order entry for different types of sales (selection deliveries, consignment deliveries, normal deliveries)
  • Processing of returns (e.g. from selection deliveries)
  • Invoicing of the different types (selection, consignment, normal)
  • First point of contact for customer inquiries by phone or email
  • Partner with the Sales Representatives for all activities that arise
  • Allocation of the required products under the aspect (first expire, first out)
  • Support of managing the consignment warehouses
  • Backup for the local Accountant
  • Ensuring that goods are received by the customer in a timely manner
  • Interface between customers & the other departments in EMEA
  • Maintenance of customer master data in ERP & CRM system
