Collections Agent
Job Description
• Enhances customer contact strategies to ensure best returns and endeavour not to disrupt customer relations
• Obtains and records response from delinquent and excess card/mortgage customers
• Follows up on customer payment promises to ensure that payments are effected
• Follows up legal action and processing
• Prepares statistics for business purposes
• Maintains files up to date with necessary correspondence
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
• University degree in Economics, Finance or Business Administration will be considered an asset.
• Minimum one (1) year of experience in the Collections area of the banking or retail sector.
• Excellent command of the English language
• PC literate
• Very good communication, negotiation & organisational skills
• Customer oriented and target focused
• Good knowledge of the Bank’s systems and various system reports
• Good knowledge of Banking Laws, Rules and Regulations, Credit methodology and collection techniques
