Account Manager

We are currently looking to recruit a talented and passionate person to join our team, for our office in Thessaloniki,with concept trips in Athens.

Good interpersonal and communication skills are required and you must be comfortable dealing with customers on a daily basis.

Multitasking is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Proper communication between customers and the underlying teams (architects and operations) as well as for the handling of their requests
• Guide and recommend the necessary services to the clients
• Work closely with CEO
• Organize and drive meetings

• BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or related field
• Work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or related role
• Experience in offering customer driven solutions according to their needs
• Excellent communication skills (Greek and English) both in written and verbal, with the ability to do presentations
• Active and responsible personality
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a strong attention to detail
• Teamwork spirit
• Confidentiality

• Active listener
• Good organization (time and calendar management) skills and willingness to work in and help the team.
• Customer-first mindset
