A production company within the food industry, is looking to recruit an operations assistant with an engineering background and a commercial perspective on the day to day business, for its facilities in Achaia, Greece.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the CEO to oversee daily business operations, resolve operational issues and provide excellent customer service (internal and external)
- Identify any issues that might arise, and suggest effective solutions to emerging problems
- Be responsible for auditing internal operation procedures, altering and modifying relevant procedures to meet business requirements and eliminate malfunctions
- Participate in meetings taking place with clients, external partners and supplier, building strong communication and relationship with them
- Compile sales and product reports
- Keep an eye on the full cycle of operational and administrative procedures
- Keep updated on corresponding markets and industry trends
