Our Company:
Our company was founded in 1996 with its central offices situated in Thessaloniki and is still a rapidly growing company, engaging in the sector of telecommunication applications, ICT projects in industry and hospitality sectors and out-plant fiber optic network infrastructures.
More specifically, we are involved in complex projects that include structured cabling systems, CCTV systems, IP-TV systems, WiFi systems, Fire detection and suppression systems, Alarm systems, BMS systems etc and in outplant fiber optic networks (in buildings, campuses and out plant).
Job Description
As a pre-sales engineer you will collaborate with the sales or account teams acting as technical expert in negotiations with customers. Additionally, you shall be responsible to determine the technical requirements according to customer’s needs and act as liaison between organization's sales/business development and engineering groups.

Duties:
As a pre-sales engineer your duties will include:
• Collecting customer requirements and identifying potential problems that may arise with the project or service
• Coordinating with sales team to ensure that designs meet customer needs and can be realized cost effectively
• Providing information about products or services to potential clients, including demonstrations of new products or services
• Consulting with customers to determine their needs and preferences to help them select the right products or services for their needs
• Preparing proposals for new projects (public and private sector) and negotiating prices with clients or other parties involved in the project
• Creating detailed plans for the project timeline, expense estimates, and project specifications, such as materials needed and crew requirements
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
A bachelor's degree in computer science, network engineering, or other related field.
At least 1-2 years of previous experience in ICT presales and cabling infrastructure.
Proven technology skills, good interpersonal abilities, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail, plus analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent knowledge of the English language.
Positive, service-oriented personality.
Willingness to travel if necessary.
Driving License (B).
