We are looking for an Office administrator to join our team. The individual will be based in Thessaloniki to work from our premises in the center of Thessaloniki.

Brief Description of the position
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic professional to supervise daily support operations for our company and in general complete a range of different administrative duties. As an office administrator you will need to be highly organised, calm, with a wonderful sense of humour and willing to creatively deal with challenges that may occur.

Key Accountabilities
As an office administrator your main tasks will be the following:

• Serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external communication on all matters pertaining to UXMA Greece.
• Actively assisting and participating in HR initiatives within the company.
• Assisting in the creation, evaluation, improvement, and optimisation of business processes/policies.
• Assisting the company's interactions with the public by implementing social media platforms' content strategies.
• Taking care of issues regarding the facilities in our offices in Thessaloniki. Required at least 4 times per week presence on site.
• Αrranging domestic and international traveling for UXMA Greece.
• Planning and preparing team events and helping in the overall team coordination.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

• Good knowledge of the German language (both written and oral) for communication with our company in Germany.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience in administrative roles.
• Dynamic personality, with strong organisational and communicational skills.
• Project and time management skills, growth mindset & “can do” attitude.
• Ability to manage and prioritise complex and multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent written and oral communication in English and Greek.
