Your main responsibilities

  • Develop and monitor overall resorts’ HR strategies and procedures
  • Manage all daily HR procedures and be the point of contact for any staff queries or concerns
  • Report to HR Operations Director of Ikos Resorts and provide weekly reports
  • Ensure successful implementation of all Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefit processes as these are set by the Group HR Centers of Expertise
  • Liaise with Hotel GM for preparing all staffing, training, development, reward and engagement activities
  • Organize and run all employee retention, engagement, and recognition events
  • Participate in hotel management meetings and provide specific metrics as per new hires, retention, staff complaints and other important metrics
  • Design action plans to provide fast solutions for all staff related issues
  • Meet local authorities and maintain professional relationships
  • Manage all accommodation contracts, and oversee respective budget
  • Ensure that all administrative tasks are up to date and in full compliance with Group and legal standards (personnel records, GDPR forms, ergani registration processes, weekly shifts declarations, labor accident declarations)
  • Act as the person in charge in the case of a labor office inspection and provide specific reports
  • Run exit interviews and keep relevant data in order to report back to the business on a regular basis
  • Run the full onboarding and engagement journey related tasks as set by IR standards
  • Oversee all hiring and staff arrivals processes. Onboard new hires
  • Conduct daily walkarounds, ensuring that all standards are met
  • Manage staff accommodation & transportation procedure

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Degree in Human Resources or related field (e.g. Economics)
  • Fluency in written and verbal use of English
  • Excellent use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Previous service in PYLON HRM will be appreciated
  • Car Driving license will be appreciated
  • Knowledge and understanding of labor law and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication skills, Leadership & Team management skills
  • Highly confidential, ethical and trustworthy personality
  • ·Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
