For our office in Thessaloniki we are looking for Servicedesk employees, to join our team solving incidents and turning interruptions into positive experiences.
Your Responsibilities:
After 1-2 months training you will be part of the Servicedesk Team for our customer, helping to solve incidents in a friendly and user-oriented way Solving incidents and issues based on existing knowledge-base and standards Implementing and processing customer changes.
