Περιγραφή

LMW is currently seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Internationa HR Operations Manager to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. The role will be based at the company's headquarters in Athens.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to international customers regarding the HR services and resolve their inquiries and issues promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and orientation
  • Act as a point of contact for international employees, addressing HR-related inquiries and providing support as needed
  • Oversee and manage the International HR Operations team to ensure the high performance of the deparment
  • Stay informed about labour laws and employment regulations
  • Support the administration of international employee benefits programs
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Ensure HR policies and practices comply with legal requirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • Perform back office duties-organize relevant information in Excel files, set proper reminders, conduct filing
  • Report to upper management and provide decision support through HR metrics

Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of global HR practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fluency in Greek, English (knowledge of an additional foreign language especially Portuguese or Czech is a plus)
