• develop and post job vacancies across various platforms including job boards and social media to attract top talent
• utilize a variety of talent sourcing tools such as business and social networking sites, direct approaches, advertising, and referrals to identify and engage with potential candidates
• conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit, ensuring a comprehensive evaluation process
• manage the approval process and negotiate offers with selected candidates, striving to secure top talent for the organization
• cultivate and maintain networks, both internally and externally, to identify key talent and build ongoing pipelines for future hiring needs
• collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and ensure a seamless recruitment process
• act as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the selection process, building and nurturing influential relationships

The ideal candidate for this Senior Talent Acquisition Associate position should have:

• at least 2 years of work experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist
• university/college degree in HR, Business Administration, Economics or related field
• proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• excellent knowledge on the Greek and English language
• familiarity with sourcing techniques and strategies (e.g., Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter)
• experience with job board platforms and social media recruitment channels
• experience in designing and implementing recruitment campaigns and strategies
• familiarity with assessment tools and techniques for candidate evaluation
