Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

As a Complaints Officer, your responsibilities will be to:
  • Handling of complaints submitted by customers
  • Evaluation of the relevance of the complaint with department operation
  • Providing customer support
  • Identify and suggest improvements to guarantee customer experience excellence
As a Complaints Officer, you must have the following requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Εxcellent PC skills
  • Good knowledge of the english language
