IT Systems Specialist – Ref. 5550/ITSS/ESS/GR
The IT Systems Specialist will ensure that the company’s internal IT infrastructure is fully operational, updated and protected so that all departments operate seamlessly. This position will oversee the day-to-day, support ticket flow, hand off incidents, ERP operation, as well as the proper functioning of the company e-shops.
Responsibilities:- Aligning IT infrastructure with current and future business requirements and goals
- Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business processes.
- Manage ERP system upgrades, including planning, testing, and execution, to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
- Provides 2nd & 3rd Level support for IT Engineers.
- Oversees the proper functioning of the company e-shops and ensures 24/7 functionality and immediate handling of incidents and operational issues.
- Defines and organize monitoring requirements, dashboards, and notifications to quickly identify IT issues.
- Liaises with suppliers/IT vendors, in order to expand infrastructure, repair, manage licensing and meet any operational requirements towards IT service efficiency.
- Preparation and implementation of IT Budget forecast, handling cash flow and enforcing cost-effectiveness.
- Ensures and demonstrates compliance with ISO27001/ISO9001 and the applied Information Security Policy.
