Utilize is an IT & Consulting company. We take on projects based on state-of-the-art technology. One of these projects is PaperEntry, the AI-based software that allows businesses to automate their data entry process. More specifically, PaperEntry extracts information from every type of document and registers it into the clients’ ERP.
We are looking for a person who will provide ongoing support to our clients with the technicalities of the software as they are integrating with PaperEntry. You will work directly with clients to help solve their potential issues and ensure their satisfaction while they are an active account with us. You will also work closely with our development and sales teams to ensure customer questions and concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
