Reservations Manager

Qualifications:

• Management of incoming requests (email & phone)
• Act as reservations agent under the guidance of reservations manager, insert bookings in hotel reservations system, confirm booking forms, use of online systems GDS, B2B, B2C
• Perform any other duties that management may reasonably require.  

Position Requirements:

• Degree in Hospitality/ Tourism.
• 2-3 years minimum work experience in 5-star properties in the same position
• Excellent command of both English and Greek language is essential.
• Knowledge of an additional foreign language (preferably Russian or German) will be considered an asset
• Strong computer skills
• Knowledge of Channel Manager systems and Protel will be considered an extra qualification.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and customer–oriented.
• Team Spirit
• Excellent MS Office-Computer skills.
