Technical Project Leader
Job Description
The Project Lead provides project management advice and administration to enable the successful delivery of projects. Reports to the Product Tribe Lead and is part of the Product Management team. The Project Lead will closely collaborate with their peers to support projects regarding product lifecycle, as well as Digital strategy and will also execute projects related to the Digital transformation, including the launch of new digital channels and digital journeys.
•Demonstrate a good understanding of project management, office administrative activities and processes
•Use communication skills to exchange ideas and information in a concise and logical way to support coordinating project stakeholders
•Support the team to deliver activities related to projects (product specific or general IT transformation and digital) through active involvement in specific initiatives to ensure they meet time, cost and quality requirements, comply with project standards and maximize benefit delivery
•Formally record updates accurately and in accordance with process
•Perform tasks to define release readiness requirements against business outcome needs and records readiness before release into production
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
Candidate Profile
•Technical education with qualifications in computing, College, TEI or University degree
•At least 2-year experience in administration of technology services or technical support.
•Project and Programme Management (PMI or Prince2 methodologies will be considered a plus)
•Partner and Supplier Management skills
•Very good level of Greek and English language
•Very good organizational, problem solving and analytical skills.
•Strong customer orientation attitude.
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
•Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task.
