Porto Palace Hotel Thessaloniki would like to recruit:

Groups Coordinator based in Thessaloniki.

• Answering and handling incoming group requests
• Checking availability, communicating with the guests
• Offers negotiation based on company standards and policy in order to achieve monthly and annual targets
• Communications with customers and follow ups to complete and confirm the requests
• Κnowledge and monitoring of the local market and the events of the city in order to attract new partnerships

• Hospitality Degree
• Knowledge of Protel system will be highly advantageous
• Fluency in Greek and English is essential
• Excellent knowledge of MS-Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Windows etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Dynamic personality, creative, innovative, with excellent organization, commercial, communication and negotiations skills Initiates contacts and establishes rapport easily
• Time management capacity and efficiency
