Engineer (R&D Department)

Lmw is seeking for a junior Engineer (R&D Department) on behalf of a leading company that focuses on Production and Distribution of passive Temperature Controlled Packaging Solutions (TCPs). The company is based in Oinofyta.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the engineering of product prototypes and resolve product issues
• Plan and manage projects while engaging with internal stakeholders and attain requirements to specify systems
• Conduct market research and evaluate similar products and their functions, as well as redesign existing products to         enhance functionality or reduce costs
• Work closely and efficiently with other departments and Company’s Director

• BSc/MSc in Mechanical Engineering or in a related Engineering field
• Familiarity with thermodynamics is considered a plus
• Excellent knowledge of CAD & CAM
• Excellent command of English
• Deep understanding and practical experience in test driven development and continuous delivery
