We are building a new Tech Team in Thessaloniki and are looking for talented IT Systems Engineers to join our team.
Responsibilities:- Administration and configuration of Linux systems
- Perform system maintenance
- Operation, development and deployment of highly-available, IT systems and cloud platforms
- Planning and implementation of standard changes according to ITIL
- Automation of repetitive tasks and identification of the potential of improvement
- Resolve configuration-related problems
- Write documentation for custom tools
Must have skills: - Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or other related field or significant professional experience on IT
- Several years of experience with Linux servers and in-depth knowledge of networks (TCP/IP, Routing, DNS, Firewalls)
- Experience with configuration & deployment of Linux-services (e.g. Webserver, Databases)
- Experience in Bash/Shell scripting
- Expert knowledge of configuration management and automation tools (e.g. ansible, puppet and foreman)
- Very strong analytical skills to identify problems root cause
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
Nice to have skills:
- Experience using Docker and Kubernetes would be an asset
- Knowledge of German would be an asset
