Your main responsibilities

• Schedule the shifts of the bar staff
• Deliver superior service and maximize guests’ satisfaction
• Monitor the bar’s inventory and replenish it as needed
• Resolve guests’ issues in a timely and effective manner
• Empower teambuilding and lead by example
• Keep a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance

• Enthusiastic & friendly personality eager to learn, develop and be part of a growing team
• Ability to cope under pressure and deliver excellent service results in a fast-paced luxury environment
• Relevant experience within a restaurant/bar, ideally within a hotel environment
• Fluency in English (verbal)

• General hospitality & departmental trainings
• Single or shared accommodation, Full board meals
