IT Administrator

lmw is seeking for an experienced IT Administrator on behalf of a leading financial institution, specialized in asset management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in the strategic design of IT infrastructure.
• Implement effective Security policies.
• Contribute to Cloud, Network & Contact Center infrastructure design.
• Monitor the company’s Infrastructure ecosystem on a daily basis (Network, Colocated Data Center, Cloud Services, Contact Center) and initiate external support when necessary.
• Monitor procedures related to backup and Business Continuity Plan (BCP).
• Hardware & Software troubleshooting.

• Bachelor's or Technical Institute Degree in the Information Technology sector (Applications, Networks, Databases or Cloud).
• 4+ years of professional experience in IT Support positions. Special experience in banking sector, call center services or related field will be considered as a plus.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience in Azure cloud services.
• Knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops.
• Microsoft Office 365 Business & Microsoft Windows 10/11.
• Desired experience in MS SQL, Windows Server 2016, Veeam Backup.
