Due to continuous growth of our company, we are looking for a Human Resources Manager to contribute to the success of our HR department.
Essential Duties:
- Develops employee policies and procedures for the organization and counsels managers and employees on the adherence to the policies, procedures, laws and regulations.
- Serves as a member of the management team by assisting in the development and implementation of the strategic plan.
- Develops and implements employee engagement programs
- Manages compensation and benefits plans for the entire organization, this may include various elements such as hourly wages, variable pay plans, etc.
- Manages the recruiting efforts for the organization.
- Coordinate induction and on-boarding programs that integrate new people effectively into the organization.
- Manages performance management processes.
- Oversees the administration of training and employee learning & development activities.
