 The role entails:

• Develop in-depth knowledge of Ioannina’s business environment, market, competition and liaise with the city's major stakeholders in the public or private sector
• Advise and identify business growth opportunities working closely with the broader satellite project team to implement the office strategy
• Deal effectively with ambiguous and unstructured problems and situations across or with industry focus
• Define and manage complex projects of Technology oriented and Consulting teams by utilizing appropriate project management methods and tools using either predictive or adaptive approaches.
• Anticipate stakeholder needs, and develop and discuss potential solutions
• Contribute technical knowledge in area of specialism
• Contribute to an environment where people and technology thrive together to accomplish more than they could apart
• Work and/or lead a team to deliver client engagements, taking ownership for one or more workstreams/engagements
• Scoping, financial management, managing delivery risk, production and review of deliverables
• Application of common sense / commercial awareness / knowledge obtained during the project to assess the quality and reliability of information supplied
• Participate in proposal development efforts for client engagement opportunities

Requirements:

• 3 - 8 years of previous working experience in Technology or Consulting fields
• In-depth knowledge of Ioannina’s business environment, market and competition will be considered an asset
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a university in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, Economics, Banking, Engineering, Operations, Management, Business Studies, Computer Science, Informatics, Data Science or relevant discipline
• Excellent computer skills, proficient user of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Expertise in building something from scratch and seeing it through; envisioning the big picture, setting goals and developing programs from concept to execution.
• Proven track record of executing high-impact projects in cross industry practices from a consulting point of view
• Ability to express ideas verbally and in writing, in a clear, concise and professional manner (both in English and Greek)
• A confident and positive attitude, focused on teamwork and communication with colleagues and clients at all levels
• Experience in managing and mentoring junior staff and lead teams on the fieldwork
• Ability to work well as part of a multi-functional team with a flexible and team-focused style
• Ability to be agile in changing circumstances both internally and externally when dealing with client issues
• Excellent business sense and commercial and financial awareness
• Military services fulfilled for male candidates
