Sales Manager in Hotel Group
Responsible for regular communication (personal and by phone) with travel agents and distribution partners- Proactive approach and ability to meet deadlines
- Keep track of Market pricing of hotel apartments and residential apartments
- Maintain and develop the relationship with the current portfolio, and track all extensions required
- Create and manage individual business development strategies that will deliver results for identified Key Accounts
- Consistently communicate “within” to share market intelligence, provide feedback, and ensure customer awareness with the Hotels and to ensure planning and coordination of sales.
- Liaise with MD to Drive Revenue (short- & long-term Room, and sell to new, existing, and prospective customers considering goals set forth in the sales strategy, negotiating optimum rate for the benefit of the business).
- Collect and report market feedback on regular basis, provide recommendations for strategic and operational enhancements
- Distributes special offers, price lists, and promotional materials to the trade as instructed
- Generate leads of B2B, and establish and nurture client relationships (with customer acquisition specialist)
- Make sure all long term guests have agreement in place as per the Internal policies of Hestia and follow-up on invoices, payment and overall billing process as per the internal policies
